The CEO of TUGA, as a member of the board of directors that works under the supervision of MAPNA group has the responsibility of maintaining and developing the business. In order to strengthen the position in target markets and promote MAPNA group trademark, CEO aims at accomplishing strategic actions and tends to perform a clear communication among MAPNA group companies, customers and other stakeholders.
According to the decent history of TUGA in national excellence award, being a motivator in that road is one of his responsibilities as well. Selecting the leadership team members, delegating authority, supervising their performance and presenting reports are also parts of his duties.
The CEO is responsible for establishment and implementation of the organizational governance approved by MAPNA group.
