The 26th edition of POWER-GEN Europe was held in in Vienna, Austria, on June 19-21.
Rebranded this year as Electrify Europe, the energy-focused exhibition is considered as one of the most important annual events of the field.
The new title of the exhibition aims to reflect massive changes brought to the industry in the recent years, including its increasing integration with information technology.
A MAPNA delegation comprised of manufacturing, power, and communications & marketing division attended the three-day expo in Messe Wien in the Austrian capital to represent the company’s latest products and capabilities in the power sector and discuss opportunities for collaboration in form of investment, joint ventures, and technology transfer.
Digitalization, artificial intelligence, big data, cybersecurity, energy storage, and decentralization were some of the topics on the agenda of Power-Gen’s 2018 edition.
The 2019 edition of the event will be held in Paris, France.
