MAPNA Group attended the 24th edition of International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show) which was held in Tehran, Iran on May 1-4, 2019.
 
This year's exhibition hosted 1047 local companies and 106 international companies in an area of 37 thousand square meters in Tehran International Permanent Fairground.
 
The main goals of the expo were declared as attracting foreign investment, facilitating technology transfer, and showcasing the Iranian exploration & production (E&P) companies.
 
Iran Oil Show served as an opportune platform for MAPNA Group, qualified by Iran’s Ministry of Petroleum as an E&P company, to display its knowhow and capabilities and network with potential domestic and international partners.
 
On the second day of the exhibition, Tehran Energy Consultants (TEC), a subsidiary of MAPNA Group Oil & Gas Division, and National Iranian South Oil Company signed a contract for integrated studies of Haftgel and Binak oil reservoires.
 
Panels on Iranian oil bourse, fuel conservation, private sector’s share of the international energy market, and cyber security for industrial automation and control systems were also convened on the sideline of the expo.
 
OPEC Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi Barkindo also visited the expo on the second day.
