MAPNA Group received final acceptance certificate (FAC) for the steam cycle of Chadormalu Combined Cycle Power Plant on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019.
With final delivery of the steam cycle, MAPNA Construction and Development of Combined Cycle Power Plants Company (MD-2) has now received FAC for 71 units with an aggregate capacity of 10,583 MWs.
The scope of Chadormalu project included design, engineering services, procurement, civil construction, installation and commissioning of one combined cycle unit with a nominal capacity of 492 MWs (at ISO conditions), including 2 gas-fired turbogenerators each with a capacity of 166 MWs, one steam turbogenerator with a capacity of 160 MWs, HRSG (heat recovery system generator) with supplementary firing and ACC cooling system.
Chadormalu Power Plant is located at 25th kilometer of Ardakan-Nair Road, in the vicinity of Ardakan Pelletizing Plant.
Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company is the client of the project. Moshanir serves as project consultant, and Arkan Tadbir Industries Engineering carries out management contracting (MC) duties.
