MAPNA Group has received provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) for steam cycle of Samangan power plant.
 
With issuance of this certificate, MD2 (MAPNA Group Construction and Development of Combined Cycle Plants Company, the subsidiary in charge of the project, has registered a total number of 87 PACs for power plants with a total capacity of 13231 MWs.
 
Located 10 kilometers of Sirjan, Kerman Province, Samangan Combined Cycle Power Plant includes two gas units and one steam unit, together holding a capacity of 484 MWs. The project was commissioned by Kermanian Combined Cycle Power Company in October 2014. Ghods Niroo served as engineering consultant of the project.
